CRM Group is having multiple manufacturing facilities spread across the rich productive state of West Bengal. The plants are located in industrial belts with good infrastructure and connectivity to National Highways. The group entered into manufacturing of steel products in early 70’s and ever since then the journey has been spontaneous. With time and age the promotor’s experience has contributed the development of its facilities and they have always kept technology upgradation as one of their key endeavours to keep the plants fit.

The manufacturing facilities of CRM is approved under ISO 9001:2008 norms and the Company is subject to regular surveillance by the QA authorized agencies. The products being registered under BIS for respective ISI grades the Company strictly maintains all records and equipment used to control all quality parameters.

The production facilities have different hi-speed automated re-rolling mills for manufacturing of an array of steel items. Company also has in-house fabrication facility with hydraulic presses, welding machines and host of other machineries. Certified welders and technicians are present all along the manufacturing lines to ensure quality control and productivity. The rolling mills have technical teams for each mill supervised the foreman who hold plethora of experience in this line of manufacturing. The Company also engages expert consultation on technical fronts from time to time and as and when required.

In-house overhead cranes and hydraulic cranes are present for handling of both raw materials and finish products which support in the timely delivery of materials to our clients. The facilities are equipped with both physical and chemical laboratories with full-time chemist and metallurgist to operate the spectrometer and all other equipment. All laboratory equipment’s are regularly calibrated by NABL accredited institutions.
